So, I just moved into my new place (tears of joy) and I'm scoping out Craig's List for some items. I came across this beauty today:

Now, I'm curious who these people are that assume other people are going to buy things like this off the internet. Is there a group of people out there who are a part of this secret society that just go around buying each others crap?
I don't know if you could get over the hideousness to actually read the copy on this - but the seller specifies that it can be used as a RUG or a BLANKET. I've coined this phrase a "Rugthrow". Not only does it make comfy, pastel colored warmth...it also doubles as a stylish rug! Who knew?!
I keep having this imaginary conversation with someone who actually embraces the concept of the Rugthrow. The setting is you are visiting someone's house for the first time and you walk in:

"Hi! What a nice apartment. Oh...here, let me pick up your blanket, it's on the floor."
"No, no. It's the rug! It's also a blanket! Isn't that great?"
"Sure. That's ingenious."
