The recent upswing in the weather has forced the snow caked on the curb to thaw, the light to last just a tad longer and as a result the optimism warms me up when I step out the door. For once, my scarf was a fashion accessory and not a necessity and when I sat down at my desk on this Monday morning - I was smiling. I hardly sigh when I start the day, but today was a different feeling and no clouds came into my mind's eye. After work, a long stint at the gym and walked home in the warm drizzle, I came home breathing deep and the wheels turning.
