Dallas - Eating & Drinking - Restaurants - Steak Houses
There's nothing I appreciate more than a high-quality steakhouse and this place definitely fits the bill. Decorated in a comfortable, upscale style that shows they mean business without being too opulent.
Opted for the patio and really enjoyed it, coming from Chicago the muggy evening air was perfect for our group who had been sitting in 30 degree weather for the past 8 months. Very nice area with the tables far enough apart for privacy.
I had the Chilean Sea Bass with basil-pesto risotto which was incredible. Seriously have never tasted a more delicious take on risotto and it went wonderfully with the Sea Bass, also a favorite of mine. I'm not sure why I didn't get steak, but the rest of my table did and they were not disappointed.
Side note, got a little tipsy and accidentally walked into the men's room thinking it was the exit to the dining room. So uh, make sure you read your signs when exiting that area...or lay off the merlot.
