If you've found yourself here, it's likely because you are on business somewhere randomly outside of Philadelphia. Let me start by saying that the staff was extremely friendly and the lobby was very nice. The little cafe/bar they had came equipped with a decent selection (don't get the salad unless you like iceberg lettuce with uh, peanuts in it.) Breakfast is quite good though and you can easily take it to go.
You can have the nicest lobby in the world, and make everyone feel like they are in some business class hotel in Oslo...but at the same time the beds here for more than 1-2 nights are not recommended (I was here for 5 nights.) If they would just invest in some better bedding (you know, like the crisp ones in Euro hotels...) and not the cheapy cotton stuff, I think it would have turned to a better night for me. Pillows, lumpy...
Also, just because I say I don't mind what floor does not mean that you automatically put me on the first, next to the elevator, by the ice machine when you obviously are not full.
I might be a little bit sour because I was stuck here during the blizzard of the century in Philadelphia, but a little more creature comfort (for the price of $150 a night!) would have been nice.
